All Lightspeed eCom orders for California Wave players will be available for pick up at East West Ice Palace. Orders will not be shipped to personal/other business addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange or to issue a credit for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition (with hang tags and in its packaging) within 30 business days.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of any game jerseys as they are a custom-made item.
How to return an item

Items for return or exchange should be dropped off at the East West Ice Palace management office or Pro Shop.
Upon receipt of a returned item, we will provide you with an exchange item or credit to your credit card (or a check refund).
